Various clients: Proposal management and writing

We’ve led and supported winning proposals from under $100K to $2B, serving clients from 1‑person teams to global organizations with 30,000+ employees. Our experience spans federal, state, municipal, education, and private clients, such as AFCEC, USACE, US Bureau of Reclamation, City of Dallas, BART, LA Metro, Caltrans, Chabot–Las Positas CCD, OCTA, SCRRA, Sound Transit, Sourcewell, and Valley Regional Transit, WIFA, among many others.

We’ve pursued work across a range of business lines such as facilities, environmental, water/wastewater, transportation, fleet management, and development, and we’re fluent in multiple delivery methods, including design‑bid‑build, design‑build, progressive design‑build, CMAR, and P3.

Various clients: Content creation and social media management

We've created content and managed social media for a range of clients in the U.S. and internationally, including a retailer with multiple locations, a telecommunications company, and non-profits with international visions. Our services have also included script development for video and radio, in-store and email marketing campaigns, branding, and customer engagement management.

AT&T: Content strategy, technical writing

As part of a high-priority and highly visible migration project, we successfully migrated to a new knowledge management system more than 300 knowledge base articles for AT&T's DIRECTV, email, and Internet services. We conducted extensive content audits; worked with product managers, UX developers, Marketing, and subject matter experts to define content types, taxonomies, and templates; implemented SEO strategies to improve search results; conducted extensive usability testing; created and revised content to increase usability and accessibility; and worked with community forum managers to identify knowledge base solutions that addressed customer questions.

Confidential client: Content strategy, copywriting

For this project, we created a content strategy to increase customer engagement for a global company's products and a mobile app. We worked closely with CXT, Marketing, and other stakeholders, and reviewed user flows and personas, customer journeys, content delivery systems, website and knowledge base content, social media, and other resources to develop the strategy. We defined voice and tone, provided additional recommendations to improve customer engagement by persona, delivered several copywriting samples, and partnered with the company's localization team to help ensure content supported the needs of a global audience. The company also asked us to present the strategy to facilitate buy-in, so we did! We developed a presentation that told the content strategy story (humor included) and flew out to deliver it in person. We even used the presentation to train several of the client's content writers on the new strategy. The result was a clear, actionable roadmap that guided their content moving forward.

Telecommunications company: PR/Marketing communications

For this client, we wrote a comprehensive, integrated PR and marketing communications plan to communicate the client's new mission and vision and to rehabilitate its reputation. The strategy included creating a Social Media Marketing plan for corporate communications; developing various forms of content, including press releases, FAQs, media Q&A, thought leadership pieces, social media posts; and providing guidance for Corporate Social Responsibility.
